1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or services is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, videos, profile descriptions, and stories. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant TonightBabe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

4.2 Content Standards

All uploaded content must:

• Feature only individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Be content you own or have explicit permission to use.
• Not depict illegal activities, violence, or non-consensual acts.
• Not contain personal contact information of third parties without consent.

4.3 Content Review

We reserve the right to review, approve, or remove any content at our sole discretion. Photos and profile information may be subject to an approval process before becoming publicly visible.

4.4 Stories

Stories are temporary content that expire after a set duration. Expired stories are permanently deleted from our servers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Post content involving minors in any context.
• Engage in human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Create fake profiles, impersonate others, or use misleading photos.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, verification processes, or access controls.
• Spam other users via the messaging system.
• Use the Platform to distribute malware or phishing links.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Bookings

The Platform provides a booking feature to facilitate scheduling between Members and service providers. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• TonightBabe acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any arrangement between users.
• All arrangements regarding services, pricing, and terms are made directly between the parties involved.
• TonightBabe does not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of any services advertised.
• Both parties are responsible for ensuring that any arrangement complies with local laws and regulations.

7. Wallet & Platform Credits

7.1 Purpose of Platform Credits

Users may purchase platform credits or maintain a wallet balance. Credits are used exclusively for platform advertising and engagement features, including but not limited to:

• Profile boosts and featured placement.
• Virtual gifts sent to other users as a token of appreciation.
• Other promotional tools offered by TonightBabe.

Platform credits are payment for advertising and platform services only. They do not constitute payment for any services arranged between users, nor do they represent compensation for any off-platform activity. TonightBabe does not process, facilitate, or intermediate payments between users for any purpose.

7.2 Transactions

All credit transactions (purchases, usage, and gifts) are recorded and visible in your account. Platform fees may apply to certain transactions.

7.3 Refunds

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. In cases of billing errors or unauthorized transactions, contact us at info@tonightbabe.com for resolution.

7.4 Gifts

Virtual gifts sent to other users are voluntary and non-refundable. Gifts are a platform engagement feature and do not represent payment or compensation for any services, whether on or off the Platform.

8. Verification

TonightBabe offers a voluntary verification system to help build trust within the community. Verification may include:

• Email verification — confirming your email address.
• Phone verification — confirming your phone number.
• Photo verification — submitting a selfie to confirm your identity matches your profile.
• Video verification — a live or recorded video to confirm your identity.

Verified badges indicate that a user has completed a verification process. They do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any user's services, character, or trustworthiness.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Members may leave reviews and ratings for service providers. When submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is honest, accurate, and based on a genuine experience.
• You will not submit fake, defamatory, or malicious reviews.
• You will not offer or accept compensation in exchange for reviews.

Service providers may respond to reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we determine to be fraudulent.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, name "TonightBabe", software, and all non-user-generated content are owned by TonightBabe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Account Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, content, and associated data will be removed, subject to our data retention obligations.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or complete verification when requested.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Extended period of inactivity.

Upon termination, your profile, content, and associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Disclaimers

TonightBabe is an advertising and informational platform only. We do not employ, manage, or control any service provider listed on the Platform. Specifically:

• We do not arrange, facilitate, or endorse any meeting or transaction between users.
• We are not a party to, and do not intermediate, any arrangement or agreement between users.
• All payments made on the Platform are exclusively for advertising and platform services (profile boosts, virtual gifts, promotional features). No payment on this Platform constitutes compensation for any services arranged between users.
• We make no representations regarding the accuracy of user profiles, photos, or claims.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, safety, or legality of any off-platform interaction.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonightBabe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from interactions with other users.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Service interruptions, errors, or bugs.

Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect information you provide during registration and use of the Platform, including name, email, location, profile details, photos, and usage data.
