Email and phone steps are instant. Photo review is usually done within a few hours. The live video call is scheduled within 24 hours of your request — typically same-day during business hours.
Is my ID stored?
We do not collect or store government-issued ID. The photo selfie and video call are used solely to confirm you match your profile photos. Verification assets are deleted from our servers within 30 days of approval.
What if I am rejected?
You will receive a message explaining the reason. In most cases you can resubmit — for example, retaking a clearer selfie. Rejections due to prior abuse history are permanent.
Can I update my verification?
If you significantly change your appearance or update your profile photos, you can request a re-verification from your dashboard. Your badge stays active while the new review is in progress.
How do users see I am verified?
A gold verified badge appears on your profile card in all search results and on your full profile page. Users can also filter search results to show verified profiles only.
