Every person advertising services on TonightBabe must confirm they are 18 or older at registration. Our four-tier verification system provides additional layers of identity confirmation:
- Email verification — confirms a reachable email address.
- Phone verification — confirms a reachable phone number.
- Photo verification — a selfie is reviewed to confirm the person matches their profile photos.
- Video verification — a live or recorded video reviewed to confirm identity and age appearance.

7. Content Standards — Zero Tolerance for Minor-Depicting Content
All content uploaded to TonightBabe is subject to pre-publication review. Any content that depicts, suggests, or could be interpreted as involving a person under 18 is immediately rejected and permanently deleted. The uploader's account is suspended and the content is reported to:
- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline — mandated under US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
- The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) — for UK and EU jurisdictions.
- CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) — UK National Crime Agency.
- Local law enforcement and competent national authorities as required.
8. Reporting Underage Content
If you encounter any content on TonightBabe that you believe depicts or involves a person under 18, or if you have concerns about a specific advertiser's age, report it immediately:
