1. Anti-Trafficking Commitment

TonightBabe has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced prostitution, coercion, or any form of exploitation. We believe that all advertising on this Platform must be voluntary, consensual, and legal.

Any content or account that shows signs of trafficking — including language suggesting coercion, third-party control, or the sale of minors — is immediately removed and reported to law enforcement.

If You Are in Danger

If you or someone you know is a victim of trafficking or exploitation, please contact the relevant authority in your region immediately:

To report trafficking-related content on TonightBabe directly, email info@tonightbabe.com with the subject "TRAFFICKING REPORT". We will action it within 1 hour during business hours.

2. Content Moderation Policy

2.1 Pre-Publication Review

All profile photos and descriptions submitted by new accounts are reviewed before becoming publicly visible. Our moderation team checks for:

• Content depicting or suggesting persons under 18.
• Content depicting illegal acts, non-consensual activity, or violence.
• Misleading or fraudulent profile information.
• Spam, malware links, or prohibited external contact details.

2.2 Ongoing Moderation

Published content is subject to continuous review. We use a combination of automated detection and human review. User reports are the most important signal — every report is reviewed by a human moderator.

Content that violates our policies is removed without notice. The uploader is notified of the removal and the reason, unless doing so would compromise a law enforcement investigation.

2.3 Prohibited Content

The following content is permanently prohibited and will always result in immediate account termination:

• Any depiction of persons under 18, sexual or otherwise.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to NCMEC, IWF, and law enforcement.
• Content promoting trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII / "revenge porn").
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts violence or hate crimes.

3. Account Suspension & Appeal

3.1 Suspension

Accounts may be suspended temporarily (pending investigation) or permanently terminated for violations of our Terms of Service. A suspension notice is sent to the account's registered email address, including the reason for suspension where permitted by law.

3.2 Appeal Process

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal:

2. Provide your registered email address, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
3. We will review your appeal within 5 business days and communicate the outcome.

Appeals are reviewed by a member of the Trust & Safety team who was not involved in the original decision. The outcome of the appeal is final.

3.3 Permanent Bans

Accounts permanently terminated for trafficking, CSAM, or violence-related violations are not eligible for appeal and may not create new accounts.

4. User Safety Tips

TonightBabe is an advertising platform. All meetings between users are voluntary and arranged directly between the parties. We encourage all users to prioritise their personal safety:

• Meet in public first — for a first meeting, choose a busy public place to verify the person matches their profile.
• Share your location — tell a trusted friend or family member where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.
• Use the platform messaging system — keep initial communications on-platform. This creates a record if a dispute arises.
• Check for verification badges — verified profiles have completed additional identity checks. An unverified profile does not mean a person is untrustworthy, but verification adds a layer of confidence.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is. You are never obligated to proceed with any meeting.
• Recognise red flags — profiles with no photos, requests to move off-platform immediately, unusually low or high rates, pressure tactics, or requests for prepayment to unverified accounts are all warning signs.
• Do not share financial details — never send money via wire transfer or gift cards to someone you have not met in person.

5. How to Report

Every profile, photo, message, and review on the Platform has a Report button. Using it sends an alert directly to our moderation queue. You may also report via:

Please include the profile URL or username, a description of the concern, and any screenshots. All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of a reporter to the subject of the report.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

TonightBabe cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law. Our procedure for handling lawful requests:

• All requests must be submitted in writing to info@tonightbabe.com on official letterhead (or via a certified secure channel for electronic requests).
• We verify the authenticity and legal basis of each request before disclosing any user data.
• Data is disclosed only to the extent required by the specific lawful order.
• We notify the affected user of any disclosure unless prohibited by law (e.g. a non-disclosure order).
• Emergency disclosure requests (where there is an imminent threat to life) are actioned immediately on a good-faith basis.

7. Removal of Content Featuring You

If you are featured in content on TonightBabe without your consent — including photos, videos, or profile descriptions — you have the right to request its removal.

To submit a removal request:

2. Include the URL(s) of the content, a description of why you are featured without consent, and proof of your identity (a photo of yourself holding a handwritten note with your email and today's date is sufficient — no government ID required unless legally necessary).
3. We will respond within 48 hours and remove verified content within 72 hours of confirmation.

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) removal requests are treated as an emergency and actioned within 4 hours.
